No risk, no worry: People with chlamydia are routinely advised to avoid sex for a week after treatment, but that's mostly for people who might have new partners, and to be sure symptoms have cleared up. However, if both members of a couple have received standard treatment (azithromycin single dose or doxycycline for 7 days), it's usually safe for them to have unprotected sex. But both should be retested in 2-3 mo.
