Growing?: Hard to say without examining you. Possibilities include fatty tumors(benign), cysts, abscesses? Calcified lesions? Cancer is very rare. If it has not changed over many years it is probably benign (not cancer). If it is growing rapidly you should have it seen asap. See your md. A biopsy will tell you for sure.
