Viral vs rubbing: Unclear/ When they popped was there blood? If not sounds like could be viral or possibly from rubbing from something like tight pants. Not unreasonable to put a little neosporin on area if recent (prob just once), other-wise contact again if problem persists.

Bumps: Could be viral or blocked glands.Would suggest keeping eye, if they become painful/there is redness/discharge then there could be possibility of bacterial infection .
