Avoid skipping: Avoid the habit of skipping meals. Does not have to be a full continental breakfast but something to get you going on all cylinders independent of your occupation. Avoid snacking or eating late at night but in between meals is fine Ensure would be more as a supplement vs a meal substitute. Overall healthy meal by implementing all food groups in moderation vs in exaggeration.
