Hand problems: You will need to see a doctor licensed in Canada for a specific diagnosis and advice - most likely will need examination. Here is some general information about hand problems: http://www.csosortho.com/hand-problems.html It is also possible that your hands are bony because you are a thin build but as above you do need to be assessed by a doctor for other causes.

Intercostal muscles: Studies show that wasting of the intercostal muscles can be associated w/cervical spinal stenosis. Do you have any weakness or sensory loss? That may or may not be your issue, nutritional factors and other conditions can also contribute to your the appearance of your hands. Imaging and EMG indicated. Please see your MD and request a consult with Orthopaedics. Good luck. Don't worry you will be ok
