Confirmation?: Your MD can confirm the miscarriage if the products of conception were sent to a Pathology lab fro analysis after surgical curettage or capture. The pelvic exam may suggest that the uterus is now empty, but the Pathology report is the ultimate judge of "confirmation".

I had a miscarriage a few weeks ago (20 March 2020). Doc confirmed that the pregnancy cleaned itself out. Even prior to the pregnancy I was experiencing most of the symptoms listed above.
