What are the possible causes of swelling in the left neck?

Swelling left neck: Could be lymph node from mononucleosis, thyroglossal duct , brachcial cleft, or dermoid cysts or laryngocele , ranula ( cyst from floor of mouth) or salivary gland /other infection . May also be lymphoma or thyroid cancer or lung cancer. or neurogenic tumors ( schwannomas/neurofibroma, or carotid/vascular(AVM) issue.Need sonogram and or CT of neck f/u/ w /ENT this week.
