Appears fairly safe: I do not believe there are direct interactions between the two medications. Eltroxin should be taken first thing in the AM on an empty stomach and wait one hour before eating. Arcoxia is approved in 80 countries but not the US where I am. As a rheumatologist I use NSIDs but I am trying to use less secondary to the GI and cardiovascular risks which are real and concerning. Be careful with Arcoxia
