I might have taken two doses of my 20mg of lexapro. i can't remember if i did. but if i did, is this dangerous? any side effects???

You should be safe: SSRI are very safe and it takes very high doses to be lethal. However, you may feel very anxious or tired for the next few days. I would skip the dose for a day or two before starting the Lexapro again.
