Incise and drain: You need to see your doctor who will incise and drain this abscess and then commence antibiotics. Please do not perform this at home as you can end up causing further infection and cellulitis

May need a lance: I will need to be drained but if it is coming to a head run hot water and soap on it an it may open by itself and drain. Depending on the redness around it, cellulitis, you may need antibiotics. Reasonable to let a medical provider look at it.
