This painless and nontender lump without spreading redness or pus drainage could .be an inclusion cyst that isn't infected. A physician would have to inspect this lump to advise you.

May be: Bartholin Gland cysts or obstructed ducts. Sometimes an abscess can form. If it was me - I would get it checked out to know what it was for sure.
