A member asked:

I take propranolol twice a day i take it 12pm and 9 30pm at night are these hour gaps reasonable ? or am i take it to soon at night

Depends: It depends on the reason you're taking it and the dose. The gaps are not harmful but you're likely peaking in the early evening and nadiring in the late morning. If that treats your symptoms adequately, it's okay. It's not the best for BP control though. You know, they do make a long acting, once a day form called propranolol ER? ("extended release")
