Won't affect them: The "b complex" vitamins are really unrelated other than in name. B12 is a water soluble vitamin and must be taken daily in food or supplement. B12 deficiency results in anemia and nerve cell injury. 128 is low and you should certainly follow your doctor's advice for diet and supplement use. Also you need to determine if it is just nutritional or if you have a problem absorbing the vitamin.
