Anemic, hashimotos, depression, anxiety. b12 at the bottom of the range.taking 3000 iu sublingual b12, 25 levothyroxin, 20 lexapro (escitalopram). what is missing?

It Depends: That is generally a really low dose of levothyroxine. Also, you may want a work up for anti-parietal cell antibodies if the B12 deficiency is associated with anemia.
The anemia is the most important thing to sort out as it can be health threatening if severe enough.
