Neosporin xpolyspori: There is a difference, neosporin is one antibiotic ointment. Polysporin (bacitracin and polymyxin) is antibiotic but, is a mixture of few antibiotic products.

Neomycin: Neosporin contains bacitracin, polymyxin and neomycin. Polysporin (bacitracin and polymyxin) contains just the first 2 of these. Neomycin is a common allergan so many people react with a contact allergy dermatitis to neosporin.
