Nonspecific: More information about your symptoms are needed in order to make a differential diagnosis. Where in the abdomen is the discomfort? Does it radiate? Relationship to eating, presence of tenderness,bowel symptoms? If the discomfort is persistent and severe, and especially if there is tenderness, proceed to the hospital emergency room where prompt evaluation will take place.
