Pain: Right upper quadrant pain with hydronephrosis would make me think infection of the kidney, but gallbladder possible. Salt craving can be nonspecific, but salt craving with abdominal pain could be associated with and adrenal gland problem.

?stone: You mean RUQ pain radiating to RLQ?How long ago were you told you have hydronephrosis?Was anything said about rt.sided kidney stone?If so,it could have dropped down the ureter.I see you are on vicodin.Keep in contact with the doctor who diagnosed hydronephrosis and strain your your urine for stone.
