I have epilepsy. is it true the longer you go with out a seizure the less likely you will have one?

Excellent control: If your epilepsy is fully controlled and you have been seizure-free for a period of time, this would be excellent support for the efficacy of your medication. Compliance with the anti-epileptic program will indeed result in full success for the future, but do NOT stop or modify your medication without close supervision of your neurologist.

Agree with Dr. M: Stay on the medication that is working and do not make changes without consulting your doctor. Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. For nutrition: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/. Get HPV and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!
