Heart: Sorry, but there is a high probability you have heart disease, and possibly lung disease as well. I hope you have an appt on Monday with a cardiologist. If your symptoms get ANY worse, even just a little bit, go to the nearest EMERGENCY ROOM of a hospital staffed with cardiac surgeons (not just a cardiologist or two without surgical back-up on site)
