Needs further workup: The symptoms are suggestive of Gastritis. Try taking antacids over the counter. You need to see your doctor who can prescribe medications such as Pantaprazole for you. if the symptoms are persistent or getting worse despite medications you may need further workup such as blood tests and possibly a gastroscopy. You could have developed gastric or duodenal ulcers.
