Go get checked out: There are many causes for this set of symptoms. It would be best to go in for an evaluation. You want to know exactly what your heart rhythm is during these pounding/skipped beats. Some heart rhythm problems can also cause chest/throat symptoms. Alternatively, there may be separate things going on at the same time.
