Need clinical info: Don't know what body part you are referring to, but seems likely to be chest. Don't know your age, smoking or work history or why the scan was done. Technologists are trained to take the images, not interpret them. This apparent (minimal) finding sounds like a "red herring" or distraction from what may be really important. Only your practitioner can make sense of this after seeing the report.
