I was giving cipro/flagyl for what looks like diverticulitis on a ct scan. i'm concerned cause i have tendinitis and peripheral neuropathy already.

Correct medication: for diverticulitis. Notify your PCP about tendinitis.

Benefits > Risks : In this situation Cipro Flagyl is a standard regimen however Bactrim can be substituted for Cipro if you are concerned. It's probably too late because the outpatient regimen should show improvement within 3 days. Clear liquid diet. Be confident this regimen is keeping you safe and if any worsening of symptoms occurs seek ER/Surgical consultation please. Good luck.
