Non specific test: Do you have symptoms or complaint? It can increase in cases of inflammation, causes of that are many. Infection, tumour, collagen disease, and more. Why did you have it done? Symptoms might the clue of the cause of high CRP. Follow it up with your doctor please.

Inflammation : CRP is an inflammatory protein. It can be elevated in several disease processes. Rule out cardiac disease then look for autoimmune issues such as rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, Sjögren's, scleroderma, etc. then look for infectious processes and finally don't overlook the possibility of a cancerous process.
