Will terramycin help my stye inside my lower eyelid?

No: The best treatment for this is to put a wash cloth under very warm (not hot) water and hold it over the lid. Do this for 5 minutes at a time and 5 times per day. Terramycin will not penetrate a stye; antibiotics are not useful to treat a stye.
