Go to the ER: If you are having pain you need to get checked since it is possible (but unlikely) that the sharp bit of the ring has gotten hung up in the intestines or is causing a problem.

Xray: the ring should show up on xray or CT scan. You can have one done to see if it is still inside you. If the pain gets severe or if you develop other symptoms like fever or vomiting -- go to ER
