Complex Question.: We need to see the echocardiogram report & go over any symptoms that you might be experiencing in order to interpret the echocardiogram IN CONTEXT. (An isolated number rarely means anything). The LV Posterior Wall (LVPW) % thickening is an "M-mode" measurement that compares LVPW thickness in systole vs diastole. 24% to 80% thinning is considered to be within reference. Use HealthTap Prime or TTYD.
