You need stool tests: I'm not sure what the last part of your question indicates.."I'm a recover.." but the first thing I would think about with random diarrhea and fecal incontinence is parasitic or other infection, possibly giardia. See your Doctor for evaluation where tests for bacteria, ova/parasites, C. difficile and perhaps other pathogens may be completed. Good wishes:)
