First, there is some: evidence that tart/sour cherries are helpful anti-oxidants...most fruits and vegetables are and I'm not sure tart cherries are that much better. Claims of pain relief and sleeping aid are unproven but have been reported. Most people will compare the "number of cherry equivalents" in juice vs capsules and factor in whether they like the taste of the juice. A wide selection of fruits/veggies is best
