Upper right pain: Right upper abdominal pain could have a lot of different causes. Gallstones would be one thing I would check out especially since she had a baby. Pregnancy can increase the risk of gallstones. Anemia is not typically known to be a cause of abdominal pain. See a doctor for a complete evaluation
