?peristalsis: Peristalsis is a radially symmetrical contraction and relaxation of muscles that propagates in a wave down a tube (the GI tract), in an anterograde direction. This biological function may be pronounced i your case and you feel it is a "kick." This is a guess, as it appers you are not pregnant, nor would you feel a kick if you were only a few weeks pregnant for that mater. See the Dr. if it persists

See your ob: Kicking isn't usually felt until after 20 weeks of gestation. Between 16 and 20 weeks, you might feel some fluttering. I have seen a few women over the years who said they didn't know they were pregnant until they went into labor. Its hard to imagine but if you are feeling kicking, I would have it checked out just in case. Best wishes.
