Why am i always so bloated? i'm constantly bloated especially in my abdomen. i'm on birth control and just had a period. why is this happening?

GI problem : Bloating is likely to be a gastrointestinal problem. This can be due to something like IBS but it can also be due to a food allergy or intolerance like lactose intolerance or sensitivity to gluten. It can be due to drugs including progestins.Check with your PCPIF or a gastroenterologist to find out for sure what is going on. Hope this helps.
