See a doctor: For specific advice you will need to see a doctor and need to do this to rule out serious skin conditions. Here is a general information site written by dermatologists about possible eyelid skin conditions to look at. http://www.dermnetnz.org/topics/eyelid-skin-problems/

A nevi /beauty mark: If it's new, get it checked out by your eye doctor, and have it measured. If it's bothering you and growing and changing shape, it must be looked at by your eye doctor right away to determine what it is, and to look at it under a slit lamp microscope. Try not to touch or play with it, which can irritate it further. Good luck!
