I have two black small dots on my white side of my left eye,it doesn't hurt nor i feel anything strange,i have no idea as to when and how it was there and also it's not visible until i lift my eye lid up.is this serious ?

Benign lesions: These spots usually are not a sign of any significant pathology. If you are still worried, see an ophthalmologist

Not serious: This does not sound serious. It is probably an Axenfeld's nerve loop which is a pigment deposit around one of the small nerves that is coming through the sclera, the white part of the eye. It will just remain there and does not require any treatment.
