Give it some time to: allow yourself to get to your base line if after at least 3 months talk to your prescribing doctor a bout upping the dosage. Sometimes it takes some tweaking to find the right rhythm .For your optimum well being.

Possibly: Sometimes an increase in the dose is all that's needed. Another strategy is to add a low dose of a tricyclic antidepressant to your current treatment. Are you seeing a therapist?
