Pain : Please see your MD. Pain in the right upper quadrant in the abdomen can be from gallbladder disease or gallstones , fluid collection under the diaphragm or around the liver and from the liver itself of course. Keep your diet low in fat and get a full medical history and exam please. If pain in right upper quadrant need an ultrasound to evaluate as well as a liver function panel coags possibly CT.
