LUQ gas diarrhea: May have food intolerances, would check for gluten sensitivity, soy allergy as well as milk/ eggs the major culprits. Would also check gallbladder / pancreatic sufficiency and see if creon helps. Consider irritable syndrome as well. But first would check all other causes and follow up with GI.
