Little or no risk: Different types of HPV cause typical hand warts and genital warts. It is extremely rare for hand warts to be transmitted to the genital area, if it occurs at all. Don't worry about it. If you have not been vaccinated to prevent genital HPV infections, talk to your doctor about it.
