Nasal congestion: Consider intra-nasal antihistamine like astelin ( in US) and oral antihistamine (fexofenadine)to decrease nasal drainage as the drainage is causing/ exacerbating the cough(dripping). Would elevate head of bed and also check if have reflux as GERD/ reflux exacerbate a cough by irritating the lungs/ sinuses during reflux. Also ask if initial antibiotics covered atypical bacteria like mycoplsm
