Neurology: A Neurologist can do this. However, unless due to a medication you do not need to be on, you should seriously consider the dangers driving could pose to you and your community and consider a new lifestyle in a new place with no driving.

What state?: There are state specific rules on being "cleared" for driving, including both MD notes to absolute time periods of abstinence to driving. Please check you specific state DMV laws for this ever-evolving issue. In general, neurologists tend to be the ones involved since many of these cases are due to epilepsy.
