Lymph nodes: Small rubbery lymph nodes in the neck are generally nothing to worry about. If they get larger you may want to consider seeing an ENT And they can be followed closely. If they are questionable an ultrasound can be done and a small sample taken from them with a needle. In some cases antibiotics can be given to see if they respond to the antibiotic. For now watchful waiting seems reasonable.
