Gynecomastia: Cancer cannot be ruled out with certainty although it would be unlikely if you've observed no changes over that time frame. An evaluation by a breast surgeon or a mammogram can be done for peace of mind.

Gynecomastia: Seems reasonable. Your physician knows bout it and did not mention it. It's very common. It's your personal preference to keep it or have office surgery.
