Get seen : Studies show urinary tract infections in men may indicate sexually transmitted diseases, prostatitis, kidney stones. Urinary stasis can also lead to UTI. Best thing to do go to MD immediately for in person exam urinalysis and culture followed by empiric treatment. Good luck.
