Concerning: Yes, that recurrent nausea and vomiting, if forceful or projectile is of concern and can be seen with severe inflammation of the stomach lining(acute gastritis) or with a mechanical obstruction in the gastrointestinal tract especially if severe abdominal pain or cramping are also present. I recommend an evaluation in the hospital emergency room for prompt care.
