I have a small hard bump on the skin of my testical skin it hurts when i touch it or squeezed. i put a light under skin and its doesnt look like fluid?

Could be a boil: If the lesion is on the skin and not attached to underneath, it might be a skin boil or skin infection (given it is painful) I would suggest to get it checked by your doctor to confirm diagnosis and to arrange the right treatment for it
