Anal fissure: Likely there is a tear in the lining of the anus that causes the pain during bowel movements . It can give you a little blood on the toilet tissue ora few drops of blood on the bowl or the outside of the stool.The tear can happen if you have large stool, constipation or repeated diarrhea etc. Inflammatory bowel disease has to be ruled out as well. Go to see your doctor to get it checked.

Have it checked: You are very young so the possibility of cancer is low. Nonetheless, blood in the stool is never normal so i suggest you visit your family doc and see if he thinks a GI visit is necessary. Hopefully is nothing more than a hemorrhoid or a fissure.
