Endometriosis? PID?: There are several potential causes. Endometriosis comes to mind; miscarriage if pregnant; and pelvic inflammatory disease (PID), which usually is an STD (gonorrhea, chlamydia) if at risk. This could be serious, especially if pain is severe or if any fever. Contact your doctor ASAP.
