Various conditions: It could be that your hormones are not regulated, it could be a uterus problem like a fibroid or polyps, it could be an infection , it could be a cervical problem, you also want to make sure you are not pregnant, you should see your obgyn for an exam , blood work and pelvic ultrasound to start out with.
