Arm discomfort: Assuming you are correct then the impingement likely is at spinal level;an MRI & /or nerve conduction study would be confirmatory.Other diagnoses including cardiac must be considered

Be seen: I would certainly recommend you be seen. An mri will likely show if you do in fact have nerve impingement. There are a number of options available.
