EKG: P waves are normally upright. T waves in healthy young individuals are usually upright in leads 1,2, AVL, V4,V5,and V6. Other leads may have inverted T waves and still be normal. These are just guidelines, however as normal variants are common in EKG's, especially in young individuals.
